Three Programs That Turn Skills Into Income
EmpowerQ runs three programs that address the access barriers keeping 26% of queer professionals unemployed despite 85% holding degrees. Career Bestie removes friction from job applications. AI Career Accelerator teaches income-generating skills. Lavender Ladder connects trained professionals directly to inclusive employers.
Each program is measured by outcomes that matter: job placements, salary increases, retention rates, career progression.
Career Bestie is an AI-powered career coach that optimizes resumes for remote roles, generates tailored cover letters, provides interview preparation scripts, offers salary negotiation guidance, and polishes LinkedIn profiles.
The tool focuses on remote-first opportunities because remote work removes the visibility risk that comes with traditional Nigerian corporate environments.
Who it serves:

-
